The automatic stick insert unit adopts advanced design concept and single-channel conveying method. It works by four steps “calibration - put - take - insert”.
In one cycle, calibration, put and insert are driven by the servo motor and put is driven by the cylinder. The insert step works by the clamp, which can prevent sawdust from falling into the product.
